- Free access to product traceability database and factory test through the equipment/section serial number
- Free direct support for the first product installation within the assigned territory
HOW TO BECOME A “CENTER OF EXCELLENCE”?
Requirements for being qualified as “Center of Excellence”:
- To be qualified as “Elenos Partner”
- To have technical staff trained by Elenos on Elenos products sold and installed all over the assigned territory
- Availability of local laboratory equipped with tools and basic instruments to fullfil the diagnostic process in line with product guidelines
- Availability of local spare parts warehouse and spare units, according with Elenos minimum parts list
